My tickets

I need to change the name on my ticket, how can I do this?

E-ticket codes (3-digits) If you’ve been sent an e-ticket (three numbers instead of a barcode to scan), you don’t need to worry about changing any names. If there’s a group of you, you might be asked for some details upon arrival, but you’ll just need to quote the name and the postcode of whoever booked the ticket for you, as well as those three numbers we mentioned earlier (that’s your e-ticket!). Barcoded tickets Some of our events ask the name on the ticket to match the name of the person ...

I can't find my ticket

Tickets are usually generated around 2 weeks before the event date - they’re first available in ‘My tickets’ on your account (https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/your_account/control_panel/), then they’re sent via email. This means that if you can’t find the email, you can still download the tickets from your account. Before the tickets are released, you can see the release date in your confirmation email or from ‘My tickets’ on your account. If you’re having trouble logging in, click here (htt...

When will my tickets arrive?

Doorcodes are emailed and sent to you in a text message shortly after your purchase. They’re a 3- to 4-digit code that you provide at the event. Barcoded tickets are normally released closer to the event date - your confirmation email will include more information, but you can also check the release dates from ‘My tickets’ on your account here (https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/your_account/). Ticket barcodes are generated at the same time for a whole event, so you won’t be able to get yours...

I can’t print off my ticket, what can I do?

If you have a door code (3-digit code), you only need to provide the door code, your name and postcode to enter the event. A barcoded ticket can be downloaded on a device (phone, tablet) and shown at the gates/event entry. If you prefer a paper copy, local libraries or stationery shops often offer printing services. I want to transfer my tickets to someone else

While we can’t transfer a ticket to someone else’s account, there may be details that you’re able to change. Some events require names or other information on individual tickets, you can find out more here (https://theticketsellers.ladesk.com/236160-I-need-to-change-the-name-on-my-ticket-how-can-I-do-this). When are my instalments due?

The dates are usually confirmed in the ticket description, but you can also find them in either your order confirmation email, or in 'Instalment payments' on your account here (https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/your_account/). There isn’t flexibility with the dates, so once the payments have been scheduled with your card, we won’t be able to change them. Payments are attempted from midnight on the date, so please ensure that you have enough funds in advance. Still need help? Get in touch her...

I've bought tickets, but for the wrong day! Can I change them?

A few of our events offer add-on tickets that let you upgrade your entry ticket for earlier arrival (i.e. from Thursday entry to Wednesday entry, etc). You can buy these on top of your entry ticket, so the first course of action would be to check the ticket page of the event to see if they have any upgrade tickets. You might need to log into your account before ordering, which you can do here (https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/your_account/control_panel/). When the above doesn’t apply, in most...

I have a new card, do I need to change my instalment plan payment details?

Yes, the instalment plan is scheduled with your card, rather than your bank account. If you’ve changed your card, you can update the payment details from 'Instalment payments' in your account here (https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/your_account/control_panel/). Once logged in, the option to update payment details is at the bottom. It’s best to change the payment details at least 48 hours before the payment due date, otherwise the payment details might not be updated in time and your old card...

I have an instalment ticket but can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

We can cancel your instalment plan, but any amount that has already been paid is non-refundable. To cancel your instalment plan, drop us an email with your request here (https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/contact/). We’ll get back to you with more information about cancelling your instalment, so keep an eye out for a reply from us because you’ll need to confirm your request. Please note that we're unable to reverse this, so once an instalment ticket is cancelled, the ticket is lost.

I haven't received my order confirmation email, what do I do?

You can first try checking any spam/junk folders or searching your inbox for emails sent from robot@theticketsellers.co.uk (mailto:robot@theticketsellers.co.uk) Sometimes these get lost in spam so be sure to mark us as a safe sender if you find our emails landing here. If you haven't received your order confirmation email, you can check your order from 'Order History' in your account here (https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/your_account/) - just make sure you’re logged into the correct account...
