We can cancel your instalment plan, but any amount that has already been paid is non-refundable.
To cancel your instalment plan, get in touch with us using the Contact us button. We’ll get back to you with more information about cancelling your instalment, so keep an eye out for a reply from us because you’ll need to confirm your request.
Please note that we're unable to reverse this, so once an instalment ticket is cancelled, the ticket is lost.
