Tickets are usually generated around 2 weeks before the event date - they’re first available in ‘My tickets’ on your account, then they’re sent via email. This means that if you can’t find the email, you can still download the tickets from your account.
Before the tickets are released, you can see the release date in your confirmation email or from ‘My tickets’ on your account.
