I haven't received my order confirmation email, what do I do?

If you haven't received your order confirmation email, you can check on the status of your order by logging into your account here, and clicking on 'Order History'


Click on the order ID number for a break down of your purchased tickets, and click on the blue button to download your payment invoice. 


If you have instalment plan tickets, you can find out your past and upcoming instalment plans by click on 'Instalment plans' here
