You can first try checking any spam/junk folders or searching your inbox for emails sent from firstname.lastname@example.org Sometimes these get lost in spam so be sure to mark us as a safe sender if you find our emails landing here.
If you haven't received your order confirmation email, you can check your order from 'Order History' in your account here - just make sure you’re logged into the correct account!
Click on the order ID number for a breakdown of your purchased tickets. From here, you can also download an invoice, but it won’t include VAT.
If you have instalment plan tickets, you can find out your past and upcoming instalment plans by clicking on 'Instalment plans' here
