Most of the time, our events don’t offer refunds unless they have to cancel or postpone for some unexpected reason (the most recent contender being Covid). Can I add XCover after placing my order? Can I cancel my XCover?

XCover's ‘Booking Refund Protection’ is added per order during checkout, so we are unable to add it retrospectively. Booking Refund Protection is non-refundable unless cancelled within 14 days of purchase and the booking has not taken place. How do I resell my ticket and when do I get refunded?
