Refunds, resale and fees

I can no longer go - can I get a refund?

Most of the time, our events don’t offer refunds unless they have to cancel or postpone for some unexpected reason (the most recent contender being Covid). For more details on this, check out our T&C’s, here (https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/custom.php?id=5). For our bigger events like festivals, your refund options are decided by the event’s Terms & Conditions rather than our own. You can usually find a link to these at the very bottom of any page of the event’s website. It’s very unlikely t...

Booking Protection - What is it and how do I apply for a refund?

Booking Protection and what it covers The Booking Protection offered on our orders covers you in a number of scenarios, you can see a list here (https://bookingprotect.com/our-product/what-we-cover/). These are normally more serious things, such as injuries and accidents, so you won’t be covered if you’ve just changed your mind about attending (Sorry!). Booking Protect normally also asks for evidence alongside your refund request (we’re talking doctors notes, not selfies). It’s best to start y...

Can I add Booking Protection after placing my order? Can I cancel my Booking Protection?

The Booking Protection is added per order during checkout, so we can’t add it retrospectively. You can cancel your Booking Protection within 14 days of purchase. To do this, drop us an email here (https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/your_account/).

How do I resell my ticket and when do I get refunded?

Resale through TicketSellers For some events, you’ll be able to securely resell your tickets by creating a resale link from your account. If that’s the case, there will be a ‘Sell your tickets’ resale option here (https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/your_account/control_panel/). When you click on ‘Find out how to sell your tickets’, you can select which tickets you want to sell with one resale link, then click on ‘Generate resale link’. If you have more than one ticket and want to create one l...

Do I get my money back if an event gets cancelled/postponed due to Covid-19?

If an event is cancelled, you can receive a refund of your ticket, less any of the fees. If it’s postponed, you may be offered the option to also keep your tickets for the next available dates. You can look out for an email from us or the organisers with more information about what you can do with your tickets, so it’s important to keep your account email address up to date. For more information, click here (https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/custom.php?id=5) or check the Terms and Conditions...

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled/postponed, or you have taken out Booking Protection. You can find more information in our T&Cs (https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/custom.php?id=5). If you are purchasing tickets for a festival, it’s best to check their own Terms and Conditions because they might be different. Please note: - If you have purchased Booking Protection, and your reason for not being able to attend falls outside of their Terms and Conditions (...
