What are instalment tickets?

Instalment tickets allow you to spread the cost of a ticket over a period of a few months. When you purchase an instalment ticket you pay a deposit along with the booking fee for the ticket. An instalment plan will then be automatically set up, with smaller payments spread out over time. The amounts you pay will be included in the ticket description, as well as in an instalment agreement outlined during the checkout process and in your confirmation email. Deposit tickets (Split payment tickets, or deposit/balance)

The payments for deposit/balance tickets are split across two orders - you first pay for the deposit and fees upon checkout, and can then pay the balance by a certain date. You’ll get two order IDs - one for the order that contains the deposit, and another as soon as the ticket is paid off (but you still receive one ticket). How do I get a Personal Assistant (Carer) ticket?

For gigs and club nights: For most smaller events, you first need to buy your entry tickets (apart from the PA), then get in touch so we can add the PA ticket for you. Drop us an email here (https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/contact/) if you require a Personal Assistant ticket - we may need to inform the event organiser before adding the ticket to your account.
