Order history is a convenient way for promoters to keep track of all current and past orders on their events. It allows you to get up-to-date information on each order placed online, including the tickets purchased and contact information.
To view the order history for an event, please head on to the control panel and select the ‘order history’ tab under the category ‘reporting’.
You will now be able to view all information about the customers who purchased tickets. If you would rather see certain information, for example, orders for a specific ticket type, you can then choose to filter your search by clicking on that ticket and then selecting the ‘Generate report’ tab.
You can also download this information straight to your device by selecting the ‘Download CSV’ tab.
