What happens if my instalment payment fails?

Due to the way scheduled debits work, once a payment has been declined, the other payments automatically cancel. If that happens, you are given a period during which you can pay the remaining amount in full, or your deposit and ticket/s will be lost and void.

Regrettably, this is something we have no control over, and regardless of the reason for the decline, we are simply unable to reinstate payments or reattempt payment once an instalment plan has failed.
