Shambala - What is your accessibility policy?

Shambala offer a free PA ticket if you're over 18 and receive or have any of the following:

  • Middle or Higher Rate DLA
  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
  • CredAbility Access Card
  • Registered severely sight impaired
  • A recognised Assistance Dog ID card

This ticket must be purchased over the phone on 0121 472 6688 (24hr) or via email here if you are unable to use the phone.

Proof of DLA, PIP, CredAbility Access card or Assistance Dog ID card must be provided on entry.

Shambala do not offer PA tickets to parents of disabled children, as all children have to come with a responsible adult whether disabled or not, the exception to this rule is if the child needs 2 or more carers due to their disability, in which case please contact accessibility@shambalafestival.org

If you require 2 personal assistant tickets, please contact accessibility@shambalafestival.org

The event also has an Accessible Camping Area (ACA), which is a flat camping area close to the main festival site with a layout that allows clear access into tents. It is intended for disabled people who would find it difficult to camp in the main public camping areas.  As the ACA is a space that is tailored to suit the needs of those camping there, we ask people who wish to camp here to apply in advance. The application form can be found on the event website here.
