There are a few scenarios where you may not want to set one price for a ticket type, a couple of examples:
1) You want to set up a donation, perhaps for a charity. Rather than having to preset amounts, you can now have a pay what you feel, or variable priced ticket. Set a minimum, maximum, and suggested amount, and let customers decide how much they'd like to give.
2) Perhaps you have a suggested price for a ticket, but you want to allow room for either those on lower income to pay less, or perhaps those on higher incomes to pay more to support the event. Now you can!
