Do I get my money back if an event gets cancelled/postponed due to Covid-19?

If an event is cancelled, you can receive a refund of your ticket, less any of the fees. If it’s postponed, you may be offered the option to also keep your tickets for the next available dates. 

You can look out for an email from us or the organisers with more information about what you can do with your tickets, so it’s important to keep your account email address up to date.
