If you have purchased the wrong ticket (i.e. adult instead of minor or vice versa), we can issue a ticket swap.
For us to process this, you will be required to pay a £5 admin fee which can be taken over the phone with one of our customer care advisor's.
Please note that we can only swap tickets if the original account holder contacts us. If your friend bought your ticket for you on their account, it will need to be them that contacts us to process any changes to the ticket.
