The name on your entry ticket must match the name on your ID, otherwise you will not be permitted entry into the event.
You are able to change the names on your tickets by logging into your account here.
Click the green button on your account homepage to edit the names and ticket holder information.
Please note that Boomtown have a strict policy for the amount of times that you can edit your ticket holder details, and this is capped at two times per ticket.
Please also note that barcode ticket(s) will always be sent to the email address of the account holder - even if you edit the email address associated with the ticket. The account holder will need to forward any barcodes to the relevant ticket holder.
