How do I change the names on my tickets?

If you have tickets to an event and the tickets are in the form of an e-ticket code there is no need to change the name on the ticket, however please ensure that whoever attends at the event has the booking details (the name and postcode of the booker, and the e-ticket code) If you have tickets to a larger event such as a festival, you are often able to change the names on your tickets. I can’t print off my ticket, what can I do?

If you have a door code ticket you only need to provide the door code, your name and postcode to enter the event. If you have a barcoded ticket you can download the ticket to your mobile and show this upon arrival to enter the event. Still need help? When will my tickets arrive?

If you have purchased a door code ticket you will receive an email straight after your purchase with the code you need to give at the event. Can we arrive at the event separately?

e-tickets You are able to arrive at the event at separate times, however, we recommend that you do so with as many people as possible. To gain entry, each member of the group will need to confirm the e-ticket code, as well as the name and the postcode of the account holder. I think I have been the victim of fraud

We are sorry to hear that you have been a victim of fraud. Unfortunately, due to the data protection act, we are unable to disclose any details regarding the original ticket purchaser. If your ticket was purchased through a ticket resale website, we recommend that you contact them directly. Alternatively, you will need to pursue this through Action Fraud UK (https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/)

I want to transfer the tickets to someone else 

Unfortunately you are unable to transfer tickets to another person/account. Some events require names on tickets, you can change these by logging into your account here (https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/your_account/) and following the instructions in the green box. If there isn’t a green box when you log in then specific names are not required on the tickets, therefore the person attending will need to have the ticket and your details should they be asked for them. As an e-ticket/barcode is attached to a customer's account and is specific to them, TheTicketSellers cannot condone the reselling of tickets as it can be an insecure process for both purchaser and buyer.
