For some events, you will be able to resell your tickets through Twickets. The option to do so will be available in your TicketSellers account where applicable, and the resale will likely only be available for a specific period of time.
To list your tickets for sale on Twickets, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Head to your TicketSellers account.
Step 2: Click on ‘Find out how to sell your tickets on Twickets’.
Step 3: Click on ‘Sell on Twickets’.
Step 4: You will be automatically redirected to Twickets after 4 seconds. If you are not, please click ‘Complete Process’.
Step 5: On Twickets, you can select the ticket(s) you would like to list for resale and then choose whether to allow buyers to make an offer. You can find more information about offers here.
Step 6: Create a new account with Twickets or sign into an existing account.
Step 7: Review the delivery terms and confirm the resale. You will receive an email once your tickets have been listed.
Resold tickets: If your tickets are resold, they will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to use them.
Can I cancel a resale if I change my mind? Yes, you can! Once your tickets have been listed on Twickets, you’ll be able to select what to do with them, provided that they haven’t been sold.
