My Instalment plan failed, can I reinstate it or change the payment dates?

Due to the way scheduled debits work, once a payment has been declined, the other payments automatically cancel. Therefore, you are given a period during which you can pay the remaining amount in full, or your deposit and ticket/s will be lost and void.

Regrettably, this is something we have no control over, and regardless of the reason for the decline, we are simply unable to reinstate payments or reattempt payment once an instalment plan has failed.

If the tickets are not paid off before the deadline, your ticket will automatically void, and you will need to purchase another ticket.

The deadline will be confirmed via email, and you can also check it in 'Instalment payments' on your account.

Sadly there are no exceptions, as per the Terms and Conditions agreed to at the point of purchase.
