My Instalment plan failed, can I reinstate it or change the payment dates?

Regardless of the reason your instalment plan failed, we are unable to change payment dates, or restart instalment plans, simply because of the way the payments are set up with our merchant bank. 

You have 14 days from the date the payment was due to pay off the balance in full, after this date, your ticket will automatically void.  If this happens, you will need to purchase another ticket. 

Sadly there are no exceptions, as per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to at the point of purchase.
