I have lost my ticket

Log into your account here (https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/your_account/) go to ‘my tickets’ from here you will either see the door code or the option to download the barcodes. Barcodes are usually generated 2 weeks before the event date, before this you will not be able to download them. When will my tickets arrive?

If you have purchased a door code ticket you will receive an email straight after your purchase with the code (usually a 3-4 digit code) you need to give at the event. If you have purchased barcoded tickets please check your confirmation email for dates of when tickets will be sent out, or alternatively log into your account here (https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/your_account/), go to ‘my tickets’ for more information on when they will be sent. I haven't received my order confirmation email, what do I do?

If you haven't received your order confirmation email, you can check on the status of your order by logging into your account here (https://www.theticketsellers.co.uk/your_account/), and clicking on 'Order History' Click on the order ID number for a break down of your purchased tickets, and click on the blue button to download your payment invoice.
