I have updated my ticket holder details in my account, why hasn’t it been updated on the tickets?
The names collected in your account are for NHS Test and Trace, and you won’t be expected to have your name on your ticket for entry. Please download the tickets you have from the “My tickets” section of your account.
Can I upgrade my pitch to include an electric hook-up?
Electric Upgrades in the Blue and Yellow fields have sold out.
There is limited availability in the Unreserved Electric Meadow Camping Field, these pitches are £171.20p. If you want to swap to this field, please call us on 0121 472 6688 and we can upgrade your ticket, subject to availability, the difference in price and a £5 admin fee. Our call centre is open from 9am - 9pm Monday to Saturday.
Does my reserved / unreserved pitch include Car Parking?
The reserved and unreserved camping field is for all types of live-in vehicles or for those who wish to park their car right next to their tent. You don’t need to pay an additional fee for car parking.

Can I get a refund?
All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
I am nervous about attending this year due to covid, can I roll over to next year?

Do you sell day tickets for Lakefest?
Lakefest don’t sell day tickets, the only tickets available for Lakefest are for the full weekend, you can check what's available here
