I have requested a refund, when will I receive it?
Refunds will start processing on the 3rd of August but it may take up to 28 days for yours to be issued. You will be sent a confirmation email when your refund has been processed, letting you know when to expect the funds in your account.

I can’t attend the new 2021 dates, how do I request a refund/rollover to 2022?
The deadline to request a refund or a rollover to next year was 30th July to allow the event organisers to plan for this year’s event. We’re unable to grant a refund or a rollover after that date. Please contact tickets@mostlyjazz.co.uk for more information.

I have already requested a refund/rollover, can I change this?
