For gigs and club nights:

Please contact us here if you require a Personal Assistant ticket, so we can inform the event organiser before adding the ticket on to your account, we are also able to check if the venue is accessible for you if necessary.  You will be required to purchase a full priced entry ticket, and after we have spoken to the event organiser, we will be able to add on your free Personal Assistant ticket.

Additional information:

  • We advocate the use of the term ‘Personal Assistant’ in relation to providing free tickets to a customer who requires assistance at a gig or festival, as this is a neutral phrase that can apply to all forms of personal support.
  • In contrast, sole use of the term ‘Carer’ does not reflect the reality of the majority of people, who do not require personal care assistance. ‘Personal Assistant’ is also far more appropriate for a Deaf person wishing to make use of a Communication Support Assistant, for example.

We recommend checking the events individual terms and conditions as to proof of eligibility, however as a guide this is what we recommend for you to take to an event:

  • Front page of DLA (middle or higher rate)
  • PIP (no specific rate)
  • Evidence of registered severely sight impaired (blind
  • Credability's Access Card

If you require any additional information regarding accessibility, please contact us here, we will be happy to help.
