Shambala Festival entry tickets are refundable up to 4 weeks ahead of the opening date of the event, with the exception of instalment plans which are non-refundable. All refunds are face value (minus booking and transaction charges), and are subject to a £5 admin fee. Refunds are only available up until 4 weeks prior to the opening date of the event.
